The transmitter is battery powered and requires 3 x AA batteries which are not included. Please note that one of our customers said they are using the Kaemingk battery eliminator and find it a great way to avoid regularly replacing batteries.
Please note that as this solution is based on clamps it will never be 100% accurate; the solution is designed to help you maximise your solar panels we do not guarantee measurement. We have noticed that accuracy varies based on the brand of the solar panels installed. Our expertise is in monitoring equipment and data management, not solar. For specific questions about the performance of your solar panels, you will need to contact your solar installer.
